With a little more grounding in the engine bay, my horn has started to work marvelously, every time. So that fixed that issue.
It also seems, I have figured out how to snap my car out of this laggy mode... Give it a full RPM band punch to about 6500, then lay off and cruse around at about but over 3000rpm, and just give it little punches to 4500rpm, then back to 3000 or so. I was doing this, and my car suddenly got a kick in the nuts, during one of my small punches, I literally heard the intake go from vooooom to vooooOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!! And wham, it was out of the laggy business.
I am going to continue to test this, when I get more hesitation periods. Furthermore, the hesitations and knocks have lessened by a lot since I did the KS relocate and lots of grounding under the hood. My next attempt to ground will be the ECU, because it seems all of the grounds on this car are horrible and unreliable.
